Glow Stream TV is a small business and each product is purchased is hand-packaged with care, making sure the item(s) you have purchased are of the highest quality. Because of the nature of our small enterprise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But we do invite you to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We proudly ship orders out next business day with a low flat-rate shipping fee of $2.50 to cover postage and packing materials for all book and flashcard orders. All other items in the Glow shop ship from our fulfillment center in North Carolina within 5-7 business days of your order at standard first-class mail shipping rates.
Occasionally, we may experience a slow down in production of clothing and accessory items due to the global supply chain interruptions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, but those have been few and far between. Usually, if a customer contacts us and asks, “Hey. where’s my order?” we can check on it through the tracking number and respond within 1 business day.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will answer your message within 2 business days.
