We can all feel a bit frazzled and restless at times. Life comes at us from every which way, and it can be hard to just catch our breath! Let alone be still, and feel present. I find that these stones below, help to collect my scattered energy, restore my balance, and ease any tension. I hope they help you too!

Black Obsidian is a go-to and must have in my arsenal! I keep a nice chunk of it at my front door to ward off any negative energy. I also turn to my palm stone and meditate with it, or keep it on me when I’m feeling frustrated or angry. It helps to dissolve that energy, and get me present, in my body again.

Almandine Garnet is a lovely stone for healing the root chakra, which is linked to our survival and safety. I place a piece of it on the shower sill or ground to refresh and replenish my spirit.

Mookaite Jasper is a wildly protective, grounding, and healing stone all around. I keep a slab of it at the foot of my bed to keep me anchored while sleeping, and I have a bracelet I wear that gives me confidence, security, and protection. I always feel much more stable when I’m wearing my mookaite.

Peanut Wood! I love this beautiful baby! It’s actually petrified wood, “Petrified wood is basically fossilized wood that has had it’s organic matter replaced by agate, bit by bit, as it decomposes,” according to this gemstones blog. I love this earthy stone! You can feel the grounding energy as soon as you pick it up! I love to meditate with it, or keep a chunk of it on my shower sill. It’s a great stone to have in an area where you need extra replenishing and nourishment (for me, it’s the bathroom!).

These are just a few of my favorites! Always explore which stones speak to you, and remember that listening to your own intuition is key. Have a lovely week!
