Hey Beauty Besties! Happy Juneteenth! Juneteenth is a day of celebration and honoring the freedom of formerly enslaved people being emancipated across the U.S. and especially in Galveston, Texas on June 19, 1865. This was the place where the last remaining enslaved found out they were free, thus, Juneteenth is considered “Freedom Day.” Today, we are doing a makeup that celebrates the colors of the African Diaspora: red, black and green! We are making it festive, long-wearing and sexy… just like our skin!
