Ingredients:

  • 2oz Jell-O shot cups with lids
  • 3 oz box of red Jell-O (strawberry or cherry)
  • 3 oz box of blue Jell-O (blue raspberry) *I used sonic ocean water Jell-O
  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of vodka (or water for non-alcoholic version)
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • Whipped cream and sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Red Layer:
    • Dissolve the red Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water in a medium bowl.
    • Allow it to cool slightly before adding ½ cup of vodka (or water).
    • Pour the mixture into shot glasses, filling each about 1/3 of the way.
    • Refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
  2. White Layer:
    • In another bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of boiling water.
    • Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
    • Let it cool to room temperature before pouring it over the set red layer, filling each glass another 1/3 of the way.
    • Refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
  3. Blue Layer:
    • Finally, dissolve the blue Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
    • Allow it to cool slightly before adding ½ cup of vodka (or water).
    • Pour the mixture over the set white layer, filling each glass to the top.
    • Refrigerate for another hour until fully set.

Garnish and Serve:

Top your Jell-O shots with a dollop of whipped cream and a festive sprinkle for an extra celebration! 🎆 Remember, if you’re making these for a mixed crowd, you can easily prepare a batch without alcohol so everyone can join the fun.
