I LOVE crystals that are all about the heart and focused around that lovely heart chakra center (right in the middle of the chest)!! It opens our souls, helps us take action in a deeply meaningful and empathetic way, while keeping us aligned and maintaining our integrity. Having heart-happy crystals in our energetic field is key!

Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is the quintessential love stone! It’s the simplest and yet one of the most powerful stones of all I believe!! I keep big and small chunks of it literally everywhere! In my car, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom! I want to keep high vibes and loving energy all around me, and Rose Quartz does just that!

Jade

Jade! A beautiful green stone aligned with the heart, it helps aide with breakups and any blockages to the heart. Jade also brings good luck and prosperity! I keep this around my space not only to lift my spirits, but when I want to bring in a little extra moolah, (or if I want to book a role or other opportunity 🙂

Pink Opal

Pink Opal! Oh how I love this yummy little gem! The energy is so soothing and comforting! It helps to heal any heart trauma and soothe intense emotions. I love meditating with pink opal and moldavite. The pink opal helps to balance the zingy energy of moldavite and brings in compassion and ease.

Emerald

Emerald! Not only is this beauty of a gem great for waking up the heart center, but it’s awesome for loyalty, friendship, and budding new romances!

Pink Mangano Calcite

Pink Mangano Calcite! Oh, I have a special affinity for this stone. It has really helped to ease my nerves and anxiety, and provided me a great sense of healing and relief from stressful situations. I often sleep with it under my pillow, and it has such a lovely and gently energy.

These are just a few of my favorite heart happy stones that keep my spirits lifted on the daily, but feel free to use this as a starting point and go further! Investigate which stones make your heart smile 🙂
