Olympic Swim Coach to the Rescue!

When two-time Olympic artistic swimmer Anita Alvarez, 25, fainted in the water during the June 23 world championship swimming competition, her coach Andrea Fuentes jumped in to save her life when she saw that none of the lifeguards on duty were jumping in to save the 5’8″ tall American swimmer.

Now, that’s the kind of coworker, coach, friend a girl, needs indeed! 🙏🏾 Thankfully Anita is OK and recovering safely.

Who in your circle would jump in the deep end for you? Check out this recent blog on why it’s important to choose your team wisely when it comes to close friends and relationships, and look at some highlights from Anita’s career as an artistic swimmer below.
