Rockstars! Essential Crystals for Everyday Living

Hey, Hey Glow Stream TV Fam! If you saw last week’s post, then you know what crystals are, and a couple of ways to use them. Now, let’s get into the essentials! Here’s what I believe is essential to have in your crystal kit! You can keep these stones near your bedside, work station, car, or spread them throughout your entire home. Feel free to experiment with where you put your gems, and do what feels good to you 🙂

Selenite
Selenite

Selenite!
This is incredible for clearing or shifting stagnant energy, including that which can be found in your gem stones! Just place your other crystals on top of some selenite to clear them after they have been working so hard for you:) It’s pure white light, so selenite never has to be cleared or charged. Clearing your crystals is like emptying out your trash bag. Charging your crystals is like when you need to power up your laptop, to give it that boost. We’ll dive deeper into that next week! You can also take a selenite wand and wave it around your entire body starting from the crown of your head to your feet.

Black Tourmaline

Black Tourmaline
One of the best grounding and protective stones! I keep it near the front door to ward off bad energy and keep me protected, as well as underneath my bed to keep me grounded. Keep it on you in your pocket, purse, or bag to feel confident and safe.

Labradorite

Labradorite
I love this flashy baby! Not only is it gorgeous, but incredibly powerful for tapping into your intuition, protecting your aura and balancing your energetic field. Excellent stone to mediate with.

Clear Quartz

Clear Quartz
One of my all-time favs! Not only does clear quartz amplify the energy of all the other stones you have, you can program this baby to do exactly what you need. Hold the stone close and repeat affirmations and mantras. It balances all chakras and is such a feel-good stone!

Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz
You’ve heard me say it before, but it’s the universal love stone! It brings peace and harmony. Place rose quartz everywhere to create balance and ease! Put it in your next bubble bath and feel the rejuvenating love abound!

Amethyst

Amethyst
Purple is my favorite color, so I’ve always been attracted to this sparkly beauty. Feel the peaceful vibes and tranquility with this stone. It helps to ward off any nightmares or mental attacks, while helping you get in touch with your spirituality and higher self.
